THE RESULTS
Results processing: the total amount of points is calculated. Points are awarded for answers:
0 points - not at all
1 point - slightly disturbing
2 points - moderately worrying
3 points - very worrying

0-5: Normal
Congratulations, you are completely free of anxiety, and this is a good result. Keep calm and balance - these are very valuable qualities in our turbulent times.
6-8: Mild anxiety level
It's a good result in today's world, because sometimes this state helps us to critically reflect on the events around us. Try to analyze the most disturbing situations and find the best solutions.

9-18: Average level of anxiety
You are often in an unpleasant emotional state and expect unfavorable developments; bad premonitions, fear, tension, and excitement are common. Try to master “looking inward,” to realize thoughts as just thoughts, not as the absolute truth about what is really happening. Distract yourself from “heavy” thoughts by focusing your attention on what is pleasing to the eye - for example, start looking closely at beautiful landscapes or pictures in a magazine. Take care of your health: healthy sleep and a healthy diet are the best helpers.
19 points or more: High level of anxiety
You often worry about insignificant things, even though you are aware of it. Excessive anxiety depletes the nervous system - you may experience increased excitability, tension, sleep disturbances, irritability or lethargy, and feel hopeless, despair, and even doom. This is an extremely threatening condition that is almost impossible to overcome on your own. Our advice is to consult a psychologist or psychotherapist as soon as possible, so you can avoid possible psycho-emotional disorders.
