Instructions: This questionnaire consists of 4 items - signs of stress, each of which contains several options for statements. THE RESULTS
Results processing: For the presence of one of the intellectual and behavioral characteristics - 1 point; emotional - 1.5 points, physiological - 2 points.

0 - 10 points:
There is no significant stress, and we can sincerely congratulate you on this - this is rare nowadays. Try to stick to your established lifestyle, as it helps you maintain balance and calm.
11 -24 points:
A moderate level of stress. It's not as bad as it could be, because moderate stress can be easily compensated for with some rest. Just try to analyze the stressful situations that sometimes occur and find the best way out of them. Plan your life with enough time for relaxation and refocusing to avoid unnecessary stress.


25 - 48 points:
Severe stress. Something has gone wrong, because this level of stress indicates a fairly pronounced strain on the emotional and physiological systems of the body. You are overly concentrated and in emotional anticipation of the next trouble. It is possible to overcome this condition on your own, but you will have to work hard and apply special psychological techniques. It is recommended to consult a psychologist.
49 - 80 points:
Severe stress. Let's be honest - things are bad, because to successfully overcome severe stress, you need the help of a psychologist or psychotherapist. Your body is already close to the limit of its ability to resist - you should act immediately. It is almost impossible to overcome such a condition on your own - consult a specialist, so you will reach a comfortable balance and protect yourself from possible psychosomatic disorders.


81 - 132 points:
Dangerous level of stress. The situation is critical, because it indicates that the body is moving to the third, most threatening stage of stress - the depletion of adaptive energy reserves. It's hard for you, and it's not surprising - your body is on the verge of both physical and psychological exhaustion. Consult a psychologist or psychotherapist - only a specialist can help you get out of this situation. Do not hesitate, because delaying the solution of psychological problems is a direct path to diseases and psychosomatic disorders.
