That is why we will use this time to consider the phenomena of "burnout" and work-life balance, learn about the specifics of our feelings, and make it a habit to take care of our own and our team's emotional state.

Webinar on emotional burnout

Duration: 1.5 – 2 hours.

Getting to know psychologists.
Webinar workshop: the first signs of burnout, its types, mechanisms of occurrence, methods of preventing emotional burnout according to personality type.
Practical exercises and reflection.
Answers to questions.
Passing anonymous testing.

It is conducted in real time. The maximum number of participants in one group is 20 people, the group is led by 1 or 2 psychologists.

The structure of the meetings depends on the chosen type: intuitive drawing*, nutrition, art therapy, meditation, etc. It is recommended to hold them on Fridays so that employees can relax and enter a resourceful state for the weekend for a quality reboot before the new work week.
*Intuitive drawing: a process that helps you immerse yourself in a creative state and look at the outside world from an unusual angle

The groups formed in the first week continue to work in the same composition, accompanied by a psychologist. Group cooperation is supplemented with practical exercises and psychological experiments with subsequent reflection.

Duration: 2 hours.

Organizing a remote creative space for employees to care for and support their emotional state, develop positive thinking and a creative outlook.
*Art therapy: creating a collage, textured mandala, or mask - practices that are effectively used to combat stress, restore emotional balance and stabilize the psychological state, and also help develop imagination and creativity.
