Meditations

Meditation is a practice where a person, through mindfulness or focusing the mind on a specific object, thought, or activity, achieves a clear and emotionally calm state.

Studies from Harvard University have proven that meditation helps to cope with depression, tolerate stress more easily, and react less emotionally to stimuli.

As a "side effect," regular meditation improves sleep, balances blood pressure, and even strengthens the immune system.

Intuitive drawing

Intuitive (right-hemisphere) drawing is a method for developing creative abilities and relieving psychological stress. It was developed by artist Betty Edwards based on the research of Nobel Prize winner Roger Sperry on the differences in the functions of the right and left hemispheres of the brain.

Such Emotional paintings, created by yourself, will decorate employees' workplaces and become a resource and symbol of the potential that is being revealed.

The main principle is to go not to "stereotypical givenness", but to new meanings of spontaneous creative self-expression.

The meetings are conducted by a psychologist, a specialist in intuitive drawing, who professionally accompanies not only the creative but also the psychological process of each person.

Art therapy

Art therapy is a type of psychotherapy and psychological correction based on art and creativity.

The success of art therapy lies in the possibility of using non-verbal language of expression (colors, lines and images), which helps to remove the barriers of habitual verbal communication. Movement, painting, music - help to establish pleasant relationships, increase the level of trust between team members, relieve stress and restore resourcefulness. Nutrition is the science that studies the impact of nutrition on a healthy lifestyle.

The Center for Public Health of the Ministry of Health reminds that among the factors that affect human health, the influence of genetics is 20%, medicine - 10%, and nutrition and lifestyle - 50%.
