Types of resource meetings

Psycho-emotional response group
Every day we face a great mental strain associated with war. Being able to restore oneself emotionally and physically is becoming more important today than ever. This is a group where a space of trust and psychological safety is created to share the pain of living under constant stress during war, receive support and recommendations from psychologists, find ways to renew one's own resources for effective implementation in professional and personal life, respond to the pain or experiences of those around them, and unite for common goals.
It will be useful for those who:
wants to receive support or support others
get help from a qualified psychologist
learn to better cope with and understand your emotions
to gather one's thoughts, understand and accept what is happening
relieve emotional tension and find your own ways of effective recovery
to feel the power of the group and unite with others in overcoming crises

Support group for those who returned from the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Every day, our state is defended by defenders. Helping people adapt to peaceful life and return to professional fulfillment after demobilization is one of the goals of modern business. The psyche of a person who participated in military operations and was forced to adjust from the usual regime to living in extreme conditions still "lives" by the rules of war for some time. Therefore, such meetings are aimed at working through the acquired experience, readjusting to a peaceful order, restoring their emotional resources, and building new ways of living and working.
The group will have:
the opportunity to talk about your thoughts and feelings, to share experiences
working with stress and symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder
recognition and legalization of the experience gained
research into bodily and psychological practices for emotional stabilization in changing conditions
searching for future prospects, accepting social support and the ability to perceive difficulties as an area of personal development

Support group for experiencing losses (of loved ones, colleagues, friends)
The loss of a loved one is a difficult ordeal that everyone faces throughout their lives. Unfortunately, the war has added even greater losses, both irreversible (loss due to death) and temporary (when there is not enough evidence of whether a person is alive and in what condition - missing and captured) of loved ones, colleagues, employees and friends.
This is a group where an atmosphere of safety and trust is created for expressing and processing feelings of grief and loss. It helps to create one's own mechanisms for resisting the oppressive impact of grief and facilitating the way out of it.
Communication with a specialist in a circle of people who have found themselves in similar circumstances helps to find support inside and outside, ways to continue living and be a support to others. Stabilization, recovery, resistance to the impact of stressful events and social adaptation are the main goals of the psychological support program that we implement.
What employees will receive at the meetings:
the opportunity to share your experiences and share them with others
understanding the stages of experiencing loss and how to help yourself through each of them
the opportunity to process emotions, better understand yourself and others
support from a psychologist and group members
the ability to rely on external resources and rebuild your own

Support group for parents of teenagers
The war made certain adjustments in all spheres of our lives. Involuntarily, we changed ourselves and our relationships with others. This also affected family ties. The “war” experience of varying severity, difficulties in arranging everyday life or changing the country of residence, adaptation to new conditions, attempts to restore normal life in unusually favorable conditions, individual characteristics of stress and age-related crises - all this affects the quality of child-parent relationships, the emotional state and psychological stability of parents and children.
This group provides an opportunity to deal with your own emotional experiences and those of your child, to receive psychological support from a psychologist and meeting participants, to learn about the main manifestations of children in stressful situations and possible methods of support and assistance, to discuss parental difficulties and doubts about upbringing with each other and with a psychologist.
It will be useful for those who want to
get information about the peculiarities of the psyche of children and parents and ways to build relationships and psychological contact
to share real-life parenting experience without judgment and guilt
share experiences and concerns that are not very convenient to share with friends and relatives and get support
to find a new perspective on familiar situations and find solutions where they were not visible before
discuss controversial issues in parenting and find your own points of support for making the right decisions
Professionalism. Confidentiality. Support.
